Dear Our Value Customers,
We will be temporary closing from Feb 1st – Mar 1st due to a family emergency issue of our executive Chef and co-owner, Nina, that she needs to visit her family in Thailand immediately.
Nina also would like to take this advantage of this trip to see what can we make some changes and bring back to our customers as we are moving toward to serve the new menu items under our new concept called "Street Foods of Thailand".
Why "Street Foods of Thailand"? As many tourists visit Thailand and see verities of foods are offering and cooking on the street footpath all around Bangkok and many tourists got sick after ate them which could be the unhygienic issue. We always feel really sad when some of our customers who just back from visiting Thailand and told us the story that they got sick because eating the food from street vendors and discourage them to eat more. We understood the issue plus many of customers keep asking for many new unique dishes which not a carbon-copy items like they are served in Thai restaurants all over U.S.
Then we came up why don’t we bring those kinds of menu that very popular from street food vendors (which we normally eat daily while we were living in Thailand) and make them to meet & exceed the Health Department’s requirements. This way our customers can experience the "Street Foods of Thailand" without flying to Thailand and still be able to enjoy the foods at the U.S. standard and quality.
We will re-open on Tuesday March 2nd and join us for "Street Foods of Thailand" menu. Sorry for the inconvenience and looking forward to seeing you on March 2nd again.
Thank You.
